Instructions for the “Customer reliability” add-on

What the add-on does

The add-on checks customer reliability by phone number through the checkclient.ru service and shows the rating directly on the order details page. A summary of the customer's orders is displayed next to it: total orders, amounts, completed, incomplete and returned orders. The check result and date are stored, so the next time the order is opened the rating is shown without a repeated request to the service.

Where to find the add-on

The add-on settings are available under Administration → Add-ons → “Customer reliability”. The customer rating and the order summary are displayed on the order details page in the "Orders" section, in the customer information block.

How to configure the add-on

1. Register with the checkclient.ru service and obtain the partner code and the request signature.
2. Open the "Customer reliability" add-on card in the "Add-ons" section.
3. Enable the Activate the checkclient.ru service setting.
4. Fill in the Partner code and the Request signature. While these fields are empty, verification is not performed.
5. Save the settings and make sure the Connection check with checkclient.ru row shows a successful connection.
6. If needed, enable Show empty parameters to display summary rows with zero values.

How to work with the add-on

1. Open an order in the "Orders" section.
2. In the customer information block, find the "Customer rating" section.
3. Click Check to send the customer data to the service. For a registered customer the check uses the customer data, for a guest it uses the phone number from the order.
4. After the check the customer rating and the check date are displayed. The button changes to Recheck, which refreshes the result.
5. The customer's order summary is displayed next to it: total orders, amount, completed, incomplete and returned orders.

What the rating means

• Trustworthy — the service found no problems in the customer's actions.
• Neutral — no reasons not to trust the customer were found.
• Not trustworthy — the service advises shipping the order only on prepayment.
• No such phone number — the customer made a mistake or provided a non-existent number; such a check is not charged.

How to check the result

1. Make sure the service is enabled in the add-on settings and the partner code and request signature are filled in.
2. Open an order of a registered customer with a phone number and click "Check".
3. Check that the rating is displayed and the button changes to "Recheck".
4. Open a guest order and check that the verification uses the phone number from the order.
5. Open an order without a phone number and make sure the add-on reports the missing number instead of sending a request.
6. Close and reopen the order: the rating and the last check date should be displayed without a repeated request.

Typical problems

• Verification is not performed. Check that "Activate the checkclient.ru service" is enabled and that the partner code and request signature are filled in.
• The settings show "No connection". Check the partner code and request signature and whether the checkclient.ru service is reachable from the store server.
• The customer rating is not displayed. Check that the customer or the order has a phone number.
• The order summary is empty. Enable "Show empty parameters" so that rows with zero values are not hidden.
