    You will be granted access to our Aspro.Cloud project management system. Each specialist starts a timer at the beginning of their task and stops it upon completion. In the system, you will be able to see the hours spent on each task and on the project as a whole. Additionally, you can request a task report from your manager.
    How can I make sure that the time was spent on the task and not on personal matters of the specialist?
    It's important for us to accurately track the time spent on tasks as well. To achieve this, we provide an initial estimate and strive to adhere to it. Actual time spent may vary, but on average, our forecasts are accurate for the project.

    In the project management system, where we will grant you access, you will be able to see the time spent on each task and on the project.

    At the end of the reporting period, the manager provides a report on completed tasks and time spent. If you believe that more time was spent on a task than necessary, you can discuss it with the manager and address any concerns.
    How is task estimation done in hours? What if the paid hours are not sufficient?
    We initially provide a preliminary estimate of the work in hours, based on the experience of our specialists. Then, we track the actual time spent on the task. We try to consider the complexity of the task and potential risks upfront and offer a service package that suits your specific needs (e.g., 10, 25, or 40 hours). In very rare cases, if unforeseen complexities arise during the task, we will coordinate with you in advance to discuss additional work hours or explore alternative solutions to address the issue.

    You can choose a package with a small number of hours, and we will complete the tasks on your list. Any remaining time will be frozen.

Therefore, it is more efficient to handle such tasks within a support package format.
