Pick up later

Increase conversion and checkout convenience: the customer can select a pickup point where the item is not in stock but can be moved to. The module automatically splits the order into «pick up today» and «pick up later», adds cost and delivery time calculation.

Where to find in admin

Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Pick up later. Vendor settings — in company card: «Moving goods» tab (cost, movement time, movement ability, online prepayment).

Pick up later: Instruction

Installation

Install the module via Add-ons → Manage add-ons.

Configuration

After installation configure in the add-on card. In company card («Moving goods» tab) set:

  • Ability to move goods
  • Time to move (days)
  • Cost of moving
  • Online prepayment availability

Usage

Customer sees «Pick up later» in product card and can select pickup point for moved goods. At checkout the order splits into «pick up today» and «pick up later» groups.

Verification

Test on a demo store: select product with «Pick up later», place order and verify correct splitting.
