Integration with Ozon
The add-on automates product sales on Ozon from CS-Cart. It helps configure product export, map categories and features, manage prices and inventory, and receive notifications about exchange issues.
What it is for
The add-on is used to export products from CS-Cart to Ozon, keep categories and features up to date, transfer prices, stock, and product data, manage export rules for individual products, and find data issues before sending them to Ozon.

Price and stock updates can be run with separate cron tasks. Notifications and the event log help track the export result.

Instructions for ms_ozon_seller
The add-on connects CS-Cart with Ozon and helps manage product export, prices, stock, and Ozon reference data from the store admin panel. It uses category and feature mapping, checks required data before sending, and shows notifications when product data is incomplete.
What it does
- exports products to Ozon by SKU and product code;
- updates prices and stock with separate cron tasks;
- lets you map CS-Cart categories to Ozon categories;
- lets you map product features and feature values;
- sends product data such as weight, dimensions, brand, barcode, and other attributes to Ozon;
- supports hidden products and export-only-new products mode;
- shows export status and error notifications;
- stores exchange messages in the event log.
Where it is located
- Administration → Data synchronization → MS: Integration with Ozon — the main add-on page with the General, Categories, Features, Pricing, and Warehouses tabs;
- Products → Product → Modules tab — the MS: Integration with Ozon block for marking export and manually updating a product;
- Products → Products — bulk editing and the Upload to OZON field for export and import flows;
- Event log — useful for checking export records and module requests.
How to configure
- Open the Data synchronization section and enter the Ozon Client ID and API key from your Ozon account.
- If the store has multiple storefronts, enable Main storefront when you want the synchronization settings to apply in All storefronts mode.
- In the General block, configure export behavior: Upload only new ones to OZON, Don't update title, Don't update description, Don't update images, Update hidden products, and Display notifications about the status of the upload.
- Set the Password for cron. It is required for the automatic price and stock update commands.
- In the Features tab, select the CS-Cart features that will be used as the Barcode feature, Product dimensions (LxWxH), and Weight with packaging. If nothing is selected for dimensions or weight, the add-on takes the values from the product shipping parameters.
- Specify how many millimeters in a given unit of dimensions and how many grams in a given unit of weight should be used if your features are stored in non-default units.
- In the Categories tab, click Update Categories and match CS-Cart categories with Ozon categories. Without category mapping, the product category check will fail before export.
- After categories are updated, open the Features tab, click Update features, and if needed Update feature values. Then map Ozon attributes to CS-Cart features or variants.
- In the Pricing tab, choose the user group price used for export, set the Allowance in %, and select the Taxes rate. For price without discount, you can choose whether to transmit it, use the recommended price or the user group price, and set a separate allowance.
- In the Warehouses tab, click Update warehouses and choose the Default warehouse used for stock transfer.
Product settings
- On the product page, in the Modules tab, enable Upload to OZON for products that should be sent to Ozon;
- The Update the product in OZON button forces a manual export and update;
- If Upload to OZON once is enabled, already exported products are not sent again, and the Don't update title, Don't update description, and Don't update images fields become inactive;
- The Upload to OZON field can also be used in bulk editing and in product export/import flows.
Automatic update scripts
The Cron block shows ready-to-use commands for automatic updates. Separate scenarios are used for:
- updating products and general data;
- updating only prices;
- updating only stock.
The commands are launched with the cron password and, if needed, with the company ID.
How the export works
- the add-on checks whether the product category is mapped to Ozon;
- before sending, it validates required Ozon features and attributes;
- when product export is enabled, data is sent with the selected price, allowance, VAT rate, warehouse, and update settings;
- with logging enabled, the event log stores request, response, and export status messages.
How to check
- Save the add-on settings and make sure the Client ID, API key, and cron password are filled in.
- Update Ozon categories and features, then check that the required mappings are available for the needed categories.
- Open a product, enable Upload to OZON, and run a manual update.
- Run the cron command for prices or stock and check the result in Ozon and in the event log.
- If the add-on shows an error, first check the category, features, weight, dimensions, and default warehouse.
