Instructions for Super Checkout

The add-on replaces the standard CS-Cart checkout with a convenient one-page checkout. It helps shorten the customer journey, make the ordering process easier to understand, and remove extra navigation between separate checkout screens.

What the add-on does

• shows checkout on a single page;
• lets customers complete shipping, payment, and confirmation steps in sequence without page changes;
• supports guest checkout;
• can hide login and registration during checkout;
• can show cart items directly on the checkout page;
• supports a two-column layout;
• can show an order preview before the final order is placed.

The add-on is useful if you want checkout to be shorter, clearer, and more convenient for both guests and logged-in customers.

Where to find it

The add-on settings are available in the add-on card in the CS-Cart admin panel. On the storefront, the add-on changes the checkout page and the way checkout blocks are displayed.

How to configure

Open the add-on settings and choose how the checkout should behave. The available options let you match a familiar customer flow or simplify it further.

• Allow guest checkout — enables checkout without mandatory registration.
• Hide login and registration during checkout — removes the authentication block from the checkout page.
• Show cart items on checkout — displays the order contents next to the checkout forms.
• Show checkout in two columns — changes the page layout to a more compact view.
• Show order preview before placing the order — adds a separate review step before submission.

Settings can be combined. For example, guest checkout works well together with hidden login and registration if you want the shortest possible ordering flow.

How to check the add-on

1. Add a product to the cart and open checkout.
2. Check that checkout is displayed on a single page.
3. Make sure shipping, payment, and confirmation blocks appear in sequence.
4. If guest checkout is enabled, try placing an order as a guest.
5. If order preview is enabled, verify that the review step appears before the order is placed.
6. If cart items or the two-column layout are enabled, confirm that they are displayed as configured.

After that, test the flow as a logged-in customer to make sure the same behavior works for all required user types.
