Optimize your marketplace logistics with the "Extended Warehouses" addon. How the Addon Works:

The addon extends standard CS-Cart warehouse logic by adding a "Shipment" entity. When creating a shipment, the administrator selects the origin warehouse and destination (fulfillment) warehouse and specifies product quantities. The system reserves stock and generates a Waybill. Once products physically arrive and the shipment is approved in the admin panel, stocks are automatically transferred to the destination warehouse.

Where to Find in Admin Panel:

  • Shipment management: Administration → Warehouses → Shipments.
  • Warehouse settings: Administration → Warehouses → Warehouses.
  • Product editing: Warehouses tab in the product card.

Addon Settings:

In the addon settings (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Extended Warehouses), you can choose the operation mode:

  • FBO + FBS: allows working from your own warehouse as well as via fulfillment.
  • FBO: strict mode for working via fulfillment centers only.

User Guide for the "Extended Warehouses" Addon

Addon Installation:

  1. Navigate to Add-ons → Manage add-ons.
  2. Locate the "Extended Warehouses" addon and click Install.
  3. Ensure the addon is activated.

Addon Configuration:

In the addon settings (Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Extended Warehouses), select the operation mode:

  • FBO + FBS: allows working from your own warehouse as well as via fulfillment.
  • FBO: strict mode for working via fulfillment centers only.

Using the Addon:

  1. Creating a Shipment:
    • Go to Administration → Warehouses → Shipments.
    • Click the Add Shipment button.
    • Select the origin warehouse and destination (fulfillment) warehouse.
    • Add products from the list and specify their quantities.
    • Save the shipment. The system will automatically reserve stock.
  2. Printing a Waybill (TTN):
    • Select the desired shipment from the list and click Print TTN in the tool menu.
    • Print the document to accompany the cargo.
  3. Arrival Confirmation:
    • Once the goods reach the destination warehouse, an administrator with fulfillment access changes the shipment status to "Approved" (Approve).
    • Stock will be automatically deducted from the origin warehouse and credited to the destination warehouse.

Work Verification:

  • Check the Warehouses tab in the product card: stock amounts should change according to the approved shipment.
  • Shipment logs are available in Administration → Warehouses → Shipments.

Модуль полностью решил проблему учета перемещений между нашими складами и фулфилмент-центром. Автоматический пересчет остатков при смене статуса отгрузки экономит кучу времени. Генерация ТТН и уведомления продавцам работают отлично. Документация понятная, установка прошла без проблем. Рекомендую для мультивендорных площадок!

Используем модуль 4 месяца для управления отгрузками на СДЭК. Режим FBO + FBS идеально подошел — продавцы работают со своих складов, мы контролируем приемку на фулфилменте. Статусы отгрузок наглядные, печать документов в пару кликов. Единственный минус — пришлось добавить языковую переменную для вкладки настроек вручную.
