Extended Warehouses helps bring vendor warehouses and fulfillment into a single workflow. The add-on adds shipments, statuses, TTN printing, and automatic stock movement between warehouses.
What it is for
The add-on is useful for stores that work with FBO and FBS models and need clear control over warehouse transfers. It is a good fit when you need to track where goods came from, where they are going, and how balances change after approval.
Key features
Support for FBO + FBS and FBO modes. Shipment creation between warehouses. Automatic TTN generation with a unique number. Shipment statuses with approval and rejection. Automatic stock deduction and crediting when the status changes. Support for fulfillment warehouses and vendor warehouses. Notifications when shipment statuses change. Printable shipment document.
How it works
An administrator creates a shipment, selects the source warehouse and destination warehouse, adds products, and saves the document. The add-on then reserves stock and generates a TTN.
When the shipment is approved, the goods are automatically moved to the destination warehouse, and a rejection can include a reason. For convenience, there are dedicated shipment lists, statuses, and a product card with current warehouse balances.

Instructions for Extended Warehouses
The add-on adds shipment management between vendor warehouses and fulfillment, TTN printing, shipment statuses, and automatic stock movement.
What it does
Extended Warehouses creates a dedicated shipment entity to track product movement between warehouses. The add-on reserves stock when a shipment is created, generates a TTN, and transfers quantities to the destination warehouse after approval.
It supports FBO + FBS and FBO operating modes, fulfillment warehouses, notifications on status changes, and a printable shipment document.
Where the addon is located
Addon settings are available under Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Extended Warehouses. There you choose the operating mode.
The shipment list is available under Administration → Warehouses → Shipments. The product card contains the warehouse balances tab, and shipment statuses are located in the fulfillment status section.
How to work with a shipment
- Create a shipment in the shipments section.
- Select the source warehouse and the destination warehouse.
- Add products and specify quantities.
- Save the shipment, then the add-on will reserve stock and generate a TTN.
- After the goods arrive, approve or reject the shipment with a reason.
How to check the result
Create a test shipment and check that the source warehouse balance decreases and the destination warehouse balance increases after approval.
Verify TTN printing, status changes, and shipment notifications. If FBO mode is enabled, make sure the destination warehouse is pulled from the default fulfillment warehouse.
