Reports on Sold Products

The add-on generates reports for sold products and orders in PDF and XLSX formats. It helps analyze sales, configure the report fields, and run report generation manually or on a schedule.

What it adds

  • product and order reports in PDF and XLSX formats;
  • configurable fields for product and order reports;
  • an agency report with separate field mapping;
  • a test mode for document validation;
  • cron keys for automated report generation;
  • an SVG icon for the add-on card in the admin panel.

How it works

After installation, the add-on adds cron keys, a launch URL, and test-mode fields to the settings card. Reports can be generated manually in the administration panel or automatically through cron. The agency report has separate field mapping and its own total configuration.

Generated reports are stored in company folders and can be downloaded in PDF or XLSX format. The add-on also uses templates and localization for available fields and labels.

  • Add-on card — cron fields, test key, and mappings.

Installation

  1. Upload the add-on to the addons directory.
  2. Open Add-ons → Manage add-ons.
  3. Find Reports on Sold Products and click Install.

Where to find it

The settings are available in the add-on card: Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Reports on Sold Products → Settings.

Configuration

  • Cron key — key for the main report cron handler.
  • Cron key orders — key for the orders report cron handler.
  • Cron key agency — key for the agency report cron handler.
  • Cron URL — info block with cron launch URLs.
  • Test documents key — key for test document generation.
  • Agency field mappings — field mapping for the agency report.
  • Report field mappings — field mapping for report output.

How to test

  1. Save settings with configured keys.
  2. Generate a report manually in admin and verify the PDF/XLSX output.
  3. Run the cron URL with the corresponding key and confirm report generation.

Good to know

  • Keep cron keys private.
  • Before enabling regular cron execution, validate field mappings on test data.
  • Agency reports use their own field mapping and totals settings.
