Kupi Legko

Kupi Legko adds a credit purchase flow to a CS-Cart store through Alfa-Bank's application form. Customers can proceed to an application directly from the product page or choose a dedicated payment method during checkout, while the add-on automatically passes product or order data to the external form.

What it is for

The add-on helps sell higher-value products to customers who prefer to apply for credit. It reduces storefront friction: customers do not have to search for a separate credit form, copy product data manually, or recreate the order on the service side.

It is useful for electronics, appliances, sports goods, furniture, and other categories where purchases often start from RUB 10,000.

Key features

  • Adds the KUPI LEGKO payment processor and payment method for checkout through a credit application form.
  • Displays the BUY EASILY! button on the product page and in supported storefront purchase blocks.
  • Passes product or order data to the external form: name, price, quantity, and category.
  • Passes customer contact details from the order when they are available.
  • Checks the minimum amount: the application is available for a product or order from RUB 10,000.
  • Lets the administrator enter the store TIN that is sent with the application.
  • Lets the administrator select the order status assigned after the customer proceeds to the form.
  • Disables related payment methods when the add-on is disabled so customers cannot select an unavailable flow.
  • Supports the Responsive and Nova storefront themes.

How it works

After installation, the add-on creates the KUPI LEGKO payment processor. The administrator opens the payment method in Administration → Payment methods, enters the store TIN, selects the order status, and enables the method for the required shipping and customer conditions.

On the product page, the customer can click the BUY EASILY! button. If the product price with the selected quantity is at least RUB 10,000, the add-on builds an XML application and sends the customer to Alfa-Bank's form.

During regular checkout, the customer selects the Kupi Legko payment method. The add-on collects all order items, adds customer contact details, changes the order status when configured, and redirects the customer to the external form.

Instructions for Kupi Legko

What the add-on does

The add-on adds a credit purchase flow through the Kupi Legko service / Alfa-Bank form. It works in two scenarios: a dedicated button on the product page and a payment method during checkout.

The add-on is not a payment processor that charges money inside CS-Cart. It builds XML with product or order data and redirects the customer to an external application form. It does not include webhook/callback handling for bank decisions, automatic capture/hold, refunds, or fiscalization.

Where the add-on is located

  • Add-on page: Add-ons → Manage add-ons → Kupi Legko.
  • Payment method settings: Administration → Payment methods, the payment method with the KUPI LEGKO processor.
  • The storefront button is displayed on the product page and in supported purchase blocks when both the add-on and the payment method are active.

Payment method setup

  1. Open Administration → Payment methods.
  2. Open the payment method that uses the KUPI LEGKO processor. If the payment method was disabled after the add-on was disabled, enable it manually.
  3. In the processor settings, fill in Store TIN. The field accepts up to 12 digits and is passed to the external application as the store identifier.
  4. In Order status, select the status that should be assigned after the customer proceeds to the form. If the value is not changed, the Open status is used.
  5. Check the standard CS-Cart payment method settings: active status, available countries, user groups, and shipping methods.
  6. Save the payment method.

Product page button flow

  1. Open a storefront product priced from RUB 10,000.
  2. Make sure guest shopping is allowed or the customer is signed in: if guest shopping is prohibited, the button is not shown to anonymous customers.
  3. Click BUY EASILY!.
  4. The add-on checks the minimum amount, builds XML with the product, quantity, price, category, and store TIN, then sends the customer to the external form.

Checkout payment flow

  1. Add products to the cart for a total from RUB 10,000.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select the Kupi Legko payment method.
  3. Place the order.
  4. The add-on collects product names, prices, quantities, categories, and customer contact details from the order.
  5. If an order status is selected in the processor settings, the add-on assigns it before redirecting.
  6. The cart is then cleared, and the customer is redirected to the external application form.

Limitations and important details

  • The minimum amount for proceeding to the application is RUB 10,000. For a lower amount, the add-on shows an error message.
  • The direct product button sends data for one product.
  • The checkout payment method sends data for all products in the order.
  • The add-on sends the application to Alfa-Bank's service URL defined in the code. There are no separate API token, client ID, or merchant ID fields in the settings.
  • Refunds, two-step payment, hold/capture, receipts, 54-FZ, and DigitalKassa are not configured in this add-on.

How to test

  • Check that the add-on is active in Add-ons → Manage add-ons.
  • Check that the payment method with the KUPI LEGKO processor is active and has Store TIN filled in.
  • Open a product priced from RUB 10,000 and make sure the BUY EASILY! button is displayed.
  • Click the button and check that the customer is redirected to the application form.
  • Check a product or order below RUB 10,000: a minimum amount message should appear.
  • Place a test order with the Kupi Legko payment method and check that the order status changes to the value selected in the settings.

If the button or redirect does not work

  • The button is not displayed. Check that the add-on and payment method are active and review the guest shopping settings.
  • The minimum amount error appears. Check the product price, quantity, or order total.
  • The order status does not change. Check the Order status field in the processor settings.
  • The customer does not reach the form. Check Store TIN and the availability of the external bank service.
