The add-on extends advanced order search with a Promo code checkbox. It selects orders with saved coupon data.
What it is for
For store staff who need to find orders with coupons in the main order list and inspect them using standard CS-Cart tools. The filter narrows the list; it does not generate a promotion performance report.

How it works
When checked, the option adds a coupon-data condition to the current order search. When unchecked, the add-on imposes no restriction: results can include orders both with and without coupons. It does not add a field for searching a specific promo code.

What the add-on does
The add-on selects orders with saved coupon data. It does not check the coupon text, current validity or discount amount, and does not modify orders.
Where to find the add-on
Open the order list under Orders and expand advanced search. Find the Promo code checkbox in the add-on's Advanced Filters block. The add-on has no separate configuration settings.
Search orders
- Open the order list and expand advanced search.
- Select Promo code.
- Optionally set a date range, status or other standard search conditions. These still restrict the results.
- Run the search and review the matching orders.
- To remove this restriction alone, clear the checkbox and search again.
A cleared checkbox does not mean “without a promo code only”; it disables the extra condition. This add-on has no separate search for a particular code or for orders without coupons only.
How to check operation
- Choose two control orders: one with saved coupon data and one without it.
- Clear other conditions that could exclude these orders, then search with the checkbox off.
- Select Promo code and search again: the order with coupon data should remain and the order without it should disappear.
- Clear the checkbox and repeat to restore the normal result set.
Result details and troubleshooting
The condition checks for a coupon-data record, not the actual discount amount. A discount without saved coupon data does not by itself qualify an order. An order with an old coupon may match regardless of whether that coupon is still valid.
If an expected order is missing, check other search conditions and the saved coupon data. If the checkbox is missing, verify that the add-on is active, expand advanced search and check that the admin template uses the standard advanced order search block.
