MS: Favorite Companies
The addon adds personal vendor lists for customers: favorite vendors and a blacklist. It helps customers return to trusted vendors faster and hide offers from unwanted companies.
Purpose
The addon is designed for marketplace and multi-vendor storefronts where customers need to manage preferences by vendor, not only by product.

- Add vendors to favorites or to a blacklist.
- Dedicated wishlist tabs: products, vendors, blacklist.
- Filter out products from blacklisted vendors on selected storefront pages.
- Prioritize products from favorite vendors in sorting.
- Flexible control of like/dislike button visibility across storefront areas.
How It Works
When a customer clicks like or dislike for a vendor, the addon stores this relation and reuses it on the wishlist page and during product filtering/sorting logic.

Settings are available in the addon card: Administration -> Add-ons -> Manage add-ons -> MS: Favorite Companies.

MS: Favorite Companies Instruction
1. Installation and activation
- Open Administration -> Add-ons -> Manage add-ons.
- Find MS: Favorite Companies.
- Install and enable the addon.
2. Basic setup
In addon settings, enable button visibility where needed:
- product page;
- vendor page;
- vendor products page;
- all vendors page.
Then configure filtering and sorting behavior:
- enable blacklist logic;
- enable priority sorting for favorite vendors;
- enable blacklist filtering for wishlist, category, search, and vendor pages.
3. Customer workflow
- The customer clicks like or dislike for a vendor.
- On the Wishlist page, the addon shows Vendors and Black list tabs.
- If needed, the current list can be cleared with Clear list.
4. Post-setup checks
- Add one vendor to favorites and one to blacklist.
- Verify tabs in wishlist and correct vendor lists.
- Verify blacklist filtering on pages where it is enabled.
- Verify sorting priority for favorite vendors if the option is enabled.
5. Typical issues
- Buttons are not visible: verify visibility options in addon settings.
- Vendor is not added: ensure the customer is logged in.
- Filtering does not work: verify that filtering is enabled for the current page type.
