Installation

Activate the addon in Administration → Add-ons → Manage add-ons. On install, the show_on_profile_update field is automatically added to the profile_fields table.

Configuration

Go to Administration → Add-ons → MS: Hiding profile fields. Enable «Hide re-entering password» to hide the password confirmation field on the registration page.

Profile fields management

In Administration → Users → Profile fields, for each field you can enable «Do not display on profile edit page». Such fields will not be shown when the user edits their profile.

Verification

Check the registration page (password confirmation is hidden when the option is enabled) and the profile edit page (hidden fields are not displayed).
