Hiding profile fields
The add-on removes the password confirmation field on the registration page and also allows you to manage profile fields on the profile edit page. It helps keep the form shorter and show only the fields the store really needs.
What it is for
The add-on is useful for stores that want to speed up registration and hide unnecessary profile fields. It fits scenarios where you need to hide password confirmation or control the visibility of fields on the profile edit page individually.
Key features
- hide the password confirmation field on the registration page;
- manage profile field visibility on the edit page;
- use the “Do not display on profile edit page” option for each field;
- work with the form without editing theme templates manually;
- support scenarios where only some profile fields should be shown.
How it works
The add-on controls how profile fields are displayed on the storefront. When the required setting is enabled, the password confirmation field is hidden on registration, and the visibility of each profile field can be managed separately on the profile edit page. This makes the form shorter and clearer for shoppers.
