C2C Users and Vendors

Short Description

The module expands the registration and personal account capabilities, allowing users to become vendors and manage profiles in a Multi-Vendor environment.

What is this module for?

  • Automatic conversion of a regular customer to a vendor status;
  • Display of a separate personal account for the vendor;
  • Management of additional profile sections for different user types.

Upon installation, the module automatically configures the necessary profile fields and system tables. Registration processing and vendor status applications are handled through specialized hooks, ensuring a smooth user transition to vendor status without data loss.

Usage Guide for "C2C Users and Vendors" module

Installation

The module is installed via standard CS-Cart tools in the Modules → Manage Modules section.

Module Configuration

  1. Go to the settings of the installed module.
  2. Activate the "Become a vendor after registration" option if you want to automate the process.
  3. Enable "Separate vendor personal account" to separate customer and vendor interfaces.
  4. Configure the post-registration redirect according to your business logic.
Important: The administrator can manage profile sections in the "Profile fields" section, linking them to specific account types.

Verification

To test, register a new user and ensure that the option to manage vendor data or an automatic request to create a company appears in their personal account (depending on your settings).
