Face Authorization
This add-on helps users log in by face through a web camera and stores the biometric template in the user profile. It makes sign-in easier for registered customers and adds an alternative password-free authorization method.
What it is for
The add-on is used to let customers log in by face, save the biometric template in the profile, reduce the number of steps during repeated sign-in, and use an additional password-free authorization method.
Key features
Saving the user's face descriptor, storefront login by face, deleting biometric data from the profile, and working through the browser camera with face recognition.
How it works
The customer saves their face in the profile, and the add-on stores the biometric template. For guests, the storefront login block provides the face login option. During authorization, the add-on compares the current face image with the saved template. A browser camera permission is required.
