Do not have time to replenish the warehouse or want to sell more goods than is available in your warehouse?
Sometimes there are situations when you will not have one or another position in the required quantity in your warehouse. And customers leave without being able to order the right amount of goods.
In order to avoid this, we have created a module that will give you the opportunity to work not only on the fact of availability of goods, but also on pre-order.
CS-Cart provides for the sale of goods with a negative balance. But for sure you have faced the problem that not every product the supplier has, and you need to sell the remaining goods. Our module adds to each product a parameter indicating that the position is relevant and can be ordered from the supplier.
For all cases, custom notifications are provided that can be edited in the module settings.
From our experience we can say that we managed to increase sales by 20>#/span###
- >span class="c1">display in the product card the availability of goods from the supplier and gives the opportunity to order its website to customers, even if there is no store in the warehouse;
- automate the conclusion of the presence of goods from the supplier;
- change the informational message that will be displayed to the client in four different cases.

The module is installed using standard CS-Cart tools.

Initial setup is done on the same page.
Where to show information about the relevance in the product card - changes the location of the display module in the product card;
Enter the font color for the items in the category - changes the font color;
Make bold text with the amount of products - changes the type of font;
Show in category - shows the relevance of the product in categories
Show in the card product - disable display in the item card.
It is also necessary to allow negative amount in inventory on the site. To do this, go to Settings - General and check the corresponding box.
The main setting is carried out in the product settings. On the Products - Products page, select the desired product and go to its settings on the General tab. Find the setting Out of stock actions and set Sign up for notification.
Click the Add-ons tab. Find the Actuality setting.
A tick means that the product is available from the supplier and it is possible to order it promptly.

Automation of stock availability
If you have a file with leftovers from the supplier, you can automate the process. To do this, create an import template. On the Administration - Import data - Import products page we will add a new import.
On the page for editing the preset, specify the name of the template and the file to be imported, in CSV format. Save the template. Now we will go to the tab Field Mapping and select the appropriate fields. For the field with the availability of goods from the supplier, we indicate the Actuality() property. In the Modifier column, we indicate the one we need, for example, if we want to show the customer that the product is in stock when the supplier has more than 200 pieces, then the modifier for the Actuality() line will be case($value=">200", "Y"). After saving, you can use this template manually or automatically using cron.
